We are looking for a skilled Service Technician/Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our fleet. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of vehicles to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Execute repairs and modifications efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.
- Document repairs performed and parts used to maintain accurate service records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and promote effective communication within the shop.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and follow maintenance protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic in the automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
