**Exterior Home Repair Coordinator**
The Exterior Home Repair Coordinator oversees every facet of the home repair initiative, which encompasses supervising on-site construction activities, conducting volunteer training sessions, and handling project administration tasks. This role is crucial for upholding safety standards, managing tools and materials, and ensuring that project documentation is both precise and timely. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with a minimum of one year of experience in residential maintenance or comparable repair programs. Additionally, a valid driver’s license from New Mexico, access to a dependable vehicle, and capability in moderate carpentry while effectively leading volunteers are essential qualifications for this position.
