Job description
Oversee and manage the daily activities of welders and fabricators, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and organizational policies. Engage in hands-on fabrication tasks such as welding, painting, shearing, cutting, and bending as necessary. A minimum of 5 years of experience in MIG welding and management is essential. Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership skills and be comfortable working in a dynamic, physically demanding setting.
