Job Summary
The PCU Registered Nurse (RN) position is focused on delivering exceptional nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit. This role is essential in providing specialized attention to patients who require close monitoring and advanced medical care. The ideal candidate will be required to participate in an interview process, as we are looking to hire two qualified professionals to join our healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess changes in condition to ensure immediate response when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with both clinical and administrative staff.
Qualifications
- Current and valid nursing license in the relevant state.
- Previous experience in a Progressive Care or related unit preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
