Job Summary
The Facility Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the maintenance and functionality of building systems and equipment. This position is essential for promoting a safe and efficient working environment by performing regular inspections and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with various building systems.
- Perform repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
