Job description

The specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and connecting with family members and fictive kin to create support networks for children within the foster care system. This position also involves fostering the recruitment of foster parents, performing assessments, and working alongside multidisciplinary teams to guarantee stability in placements. A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a similar discipline is required, along with pertinent experience in child welfare or case management. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and the capability to successfully complete thorough background checks.
