Job Summary
The Intake Attorney plays a crucial role in engaging with potential family law clients, evaluating their requirements, establishing trusting relationships, and identifying the best alignment with the firm’s services. This position also involves overseeing the initial onboarding phase and facilitating the transition to the relevant litigation teams.
Responsibilities
- Consult with prospective family law clients to understand their needs.
- Develop rapport with clients to ensure effective communication.
- Determine the appropriate fit of clients with the firm’s resources.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients.
- Coordinate the transition of cases to the suitable litigation team.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active California Bar license.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to connect with clients.
- Professional demeanor with confidence in handling various situations.
- Ability to exercise strong judgment in complex situations.
