**Mortgage Funder/Closer**
The Mortgage Funder/Closer is responsible for overseeing every aspect of the closing procedure, which includes assembling closing packages and verifying the accuracy of documents. This role involves managing loan pipelines, resolving conditions, and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely funding processes. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with at least 2 years specifically involving TRID regulations and 2 years of working with Encompass software. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, alongside the capability to manage intricate documentation in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
