Job Summary
The role focuses on guiding and motivating team members to achieve excellent customer satisfaction while effectively managing the daily operations of a carwash facility. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring that the standards set by the company are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations and property upkeep.
- Conduct training for associates to ensure they are skilled and compliant with company protocols.
- Maintain adherence to company standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability to work at least 40 hours weekly, including weekends.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including the lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in handling cash transactions and proficiency in understanding workplace procedures.
