This position also requires managing incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and processing copays while gathering essential treatment documentation. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be knowledgeable about medical terminology. Previous experience in a doctor’s office, along with familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, is highly desirable.
