Additionally, it is essential to uphold quality standards and ensure a tidy and safe workplace. Applicants should possess a strong mechanical aptitude, along with the capability to interpret blueprints and work instructions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and candidates should have two to four years of relevant experience.
