Job Summary
The role involves attracting and recruiting candidates through various innovative methods such as outreach, marketing, social media strategies, and engaging with the community. Candidates will be responsible for interviewing and evaluating applicants for available positions, as well as establishing a robust candidate pipeline. In addition, the position supports customer order fulfillment and involves coordination between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Engage in creative outreach to draw in potential candidates.
- Utilize marketing and social media for effective recruitment efforts.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for open positions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
- Support the fulfillment of customer orders and manage I-9 processes.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment.
- Effectively handle interactions with over 40 customers daily.
- Evaluate, assign tasks, and follow up on customer orders and requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting and staffing is advantageous.
- Strong ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
