The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining high-speed cash-handling equipment at different customer locations independently. This position involves managing tools and parts effectively, while prioritizing customer satisfaction through professional communication and prompt service delivery. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of experience in technical field service, as well as a background in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and applicants should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and executing tasks such as kneeling and bending in diverse customer settings.
