Job Summary
The role of Project Manager / Owner’s Representative for Data Center New Construction in Abilene, TX involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of data center projects. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for the owner, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the specified requirements, timelines, and budget constraints while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between the project stakeholders and the construction team.
- Oversee the project lifecycle from conception through completion.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate site activities and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.
Qualifications
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in data center construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and project scheduling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and manage multiple tasks.
