Job Summary
The Field Service Technician II (ATM) will be responsible for efficiently performing the installation, maintenance, and service of ATM systems. This role demands a deep understanding of technical systems and ensures that all service calls are addressed promptly to maintain optimal functionality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct installation and maintenance of ATM systems at customer locations.
- Execute service calls efficiently to resolve customer issues.
- Manage network faults and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Perform system overhauls and necessary upgrades as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in field service work related to technical systems.
