This position involves serving as a technical intermediary among various departments, spearheading ongoing improvement projects, and resolving operational challenges. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Ceramic, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline. Required qualifications include excellent problem-solving abilities, mechanical skills, and familiarity with process control and data analysis.
