**Floating Manager**
The Floating Manager plays a crucial role in supporting multiple store locations by overseeing staff operations, managing inventory levels, and upholding exceptional standards of customer service and store presentation. Key responsibilities include handling daily financial reconciliations, processing bank deposits, and executing promotional strategies to enhance store profitability. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or its equivalent and must have a valid driver’s license along with dependable transportation. Additionally, the position mandates that a Food Safety Certification is acquired within 90 days, and candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to train and mentor store employees effectively.
