The Floor Manager is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the hospital, coordinating staff schedules, and offering direct coaching to team members. They work to optimize patient flow and uphold exceptional care standards for patients and clients alike. Ideal candidates will possess a background as a veterinary receptionist, veterinary assistant, or Licensed Veterinary Technician. Essential qualifications include strong leadership capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
