Job Summary
The Floor Care Specialist is responsible for executing various floor care duties, including the cleaning, buffing, and refinishing of floors in both resident rooms and communal spaces. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the environment while adhering to infection control protocols.
Responsibilities
- Execute thorough cleaning, buffing, and refinishing tasks in resident areas and common locations.
- Keep detailed records of floor care activities performed.
- Ensure that the environment remains sanitary by following established infection control policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must have the physical ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to undertake repetitive tasks effectively.
- Compliance with all vaccination policies is required.
