Job Summary
The associate plays a vital role in restaurant operations, managing various tasks that enhance the customer experience and ensure a smooth workflow. This position emphasizes proficiency in using the point of sale system while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
Responsibilities
- Operate the point of sale system efficiently.
- Restock restaurant supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Keep kitchen and public areas clean and organized.
- Prepare and deliver customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Set up patient trays as required.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- An associate’s or technical degree is ideal.
- Food Handler-ANSI (FH-ANSI) certification is required.
- SERV Safe certification is preferred.
