**Job Title: Food Service Director**
The Food Service Director is responsible for managing the dining operations within a long-term care facility, prioritizing exceptional food quality, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role includes supervising staff, overseeing inventory and budgeting, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for residents. Ideal candidates will possess an associate degree in food service management or hospitality, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in food production and team leadership. Additionally, candidates must acquire necessary certifications such as CDM, FPM, and FSM within 60 days of starting the position.
