Job Summary
The role involves working in a dynamic production environment where the employee will engage in multiple tasks along a conveyor system. The focus will be on ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high standards of product quality.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through various positions on the production line, including packing, scaling, styling, and grading.
- Ensure that line speeds are met consistently during operations.
- Inspect the quality of products to adhere to company standards.
- Contribute to team efforts aimed at operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform repetitive manual labor tasks effectively.
- Capability to lift up to 55 pounds as required by the job.
- Experience in a poultry or food processing environment is preferred.
- Comfortable working in cold, wet, and noisy conditions.
