**Front End Team Leader**
The Front End Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of the front-end department, focusing on associate performance, customer service excellence, and the upkeep of the store environment. This role includes overseeing payroll activities, assisting with merchandising implementation, and ensuring compliance with safety and security measures within the store. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have a minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Additionally, the role requires the capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
