**Job Title: Property Manager**
The Property Manager plays a key role in evaluating customer storage requirements, offering supplies for sale, and conducting daily inspections of storage facilities. This position also involves financial responsibilities, including auditing cash drawers, making deposits at the bank, and overseeing customer collections. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and have their own vehicle for travel to various work sites. The job demands the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds and to carry out maintenance activities in both indoor and outdoor settings.
