**Retail Front End Team Leader**
The Retail Front End Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations at the front end, which includes monitoring associate performance, delegating tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities also encompass handling payroll management, store banking processes, minimizing shrinkage, and aiding in merchandising and safety efforts. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational background and have 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. The position demands flexible scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
