Job description
**Job Title: Hospice Caregiver**
Deliver individualized, attentive care to hospice patients to promote their comfort, dignity, and overall quality of life. Ensure precise documentation is maintained and provide empathetic support to patients along with their family members. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or G.E.D., along with an active, unrestricted CNA certification. A minimum of one year’s experience in either acute or long-term care is required, and applicants must possess a valid driver’s license.
