Job description
The trainee will be responsible for coordinating and providing discharge medications to patients, working closely with the healthcare team. This role involves ensuring effective medication hand-offs to enhance patient health management and overall experience. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED and demonstrate strong mathematical skills. Additionally, candidates must be able to secure a trainee license, undergo a background check, and complete clinical rotations at multiple facilities.
