**Job Title: Manager, Credentialing**
The Manager of Credentialing plays a pivotal role in delivering both strategic and operational oversight for the credentialing process, guaranteeing that all providers are credentialed in compliance with regulatory and payer standards. This position is responsible for supervising daily operations, enhancing team performance, and collaborating with various stakeholders to address intricate credentialing challenges. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in credentialing or provider enrollment, with a strong preference for candidates who have two years of managerial experience. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is ideal, alongside a solid understanding of healthcare payer regulations and credentialing practices.
