Job description
**Facilities Maintenance Technician II**
The Facilities Maintenance Technician II is tasked with executing preventive maintenance and conducting repairs on plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems in airport facilities. This role includes diagnosing equipment malfunctions, managing work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and providing support in vendor coordination. Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a recognized professional certification in a skilled trade or relevant system. Experience in preventive maintenance is essential, and candidates must be able to successfully complete federal and security background checks.
