The Co-Manager plays a key role in enhancing store profitability by meeting sales objectives and promoting a seamless omni-channel shopping environment. This position involves leading the team through proficient recruitment, training, coaching, and cultivating robust customer relationships. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in a management role, ideally within the fashion retail sector, along with demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities. A high school diploma is mandatory, and further education in business will be viewed favorably.
