Job description
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing store performance, executing operational efficiency, and achieving production targets. Applicants should possess prior experience in leading and coaching sales teams and demonstrate excellent communication and relationship skills. A 2- or 4-year degree is necessary, and having a Property and Casualty license is considered advantageous.
