Job description
The General Manager is accountable for the supervision of day-to-day store operations, which involves controlling labor and food expenses to achieve profitability targets. This role includes the recruitment, development, and mentorship of team members to uphold exceptional standards of food quality and customer service. Applicants must be 18 years or older and have prior experience in leadership or management roles. A valid driver’s license, reliable means of transportation, and the capacity to work varied shifts, including weekends, are essential.
