**Job Title: Dental Care Provider for Reserve Service Members**
Offer vital dental services to Reserve Service Members in your personal dental practice. Conduct a range of dental procedures such as examinations, restoration work, endodontics, and oral surgeries for designated patients. Applicants must have a dental office or a practice space of their own. Necessary documentation consists of a current dental license, an NPI number, CPR certification, and a Certificate of Insurance.
