The Grants Manager plays a vital role in obtaining funding by identifying, drafting, and overseeing grant opportunities, along with supervising the Grants Coordinator. This position involves working closely with various internal teams to ensure adherence to compliance standards, fulfill reporting obligations, and keep precise programmatic and financial records. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a background of 3-5 years in grant writing for foundations, governmental bodies, and corporate entities. Effective communication skills, expertise in Microsoft Office, and the capacity to juggle several deadlines with meticulous attention to detail are essential.
