Job description
**Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician**
Oversee maintenance initiatives, execute intricate repairs on ground support equipment, and provide guidance to junior technicians. Take charge of parts inventory management, monitor maintenance timelines, and collaborate with operational teams to guarantee fleet performance. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in ground support equipment, fleet, or automotive maintenance, or demonstrate comparable mechanical skills with potential for leadership. Advanced troubleshooting abilities, a valid driver’s license, and the capability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening are essential.
