Job Summary
The Head of Accounting / Corporate Controller will play a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing the financial framework of a capital-intensive organization. This position is crucial for leading the development of a forward-looking operational accounting function that leverages artificial intelligence. The selected candidate will also be responsible for implementing robust internal controls that meet public company standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and refine the financial infrastructure to support operational efficiency.
- Lead the transition to an AI-driven accounting methodology.
- Establish and uphold high standards of internal controls suitable for a public company.
- Facilitate the preparation for audits, including PCAOB audits.
- Support the organization in complying with public company regulations.

- Proven experience in financial management or accounting within a capital-intensive environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing internal controls.
- Ability to manage and prepare for public company audits.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Familiarity with AI applications in accounting processes.
