Job description
The LPN is tasked with instructing patients and their families about health requirements, administering medications, and accurately recording care provided. They are also involved in wound care, support daily living tasks, and closely monitor patient vital signs. Applicants are required to possess a valid LPN license in Wisconsin and up-to-date TB certification. Furthermore, reliable transportation is necessary, along with a strong commitment to dependability and punctuality.
