The Operator plays a crucial role in managing the loading, unloading, and processing of diverse waste streams, all while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities include conducting routine maintenance on equipment, handling spill response, and ensuring that the work area remains clean and secure. Ideal candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and warehousing, as well as a High School Diploma or GED. The position also demands proficiency in operating heavy machinery, the capability to lift 51 lbs independently, and successful completion of a pulmonary function and respirator fit assessment.
