**Job Title: Plant Operations Manager**
Oversees and organizes all plant activities to meet safety, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery goals. Manages personnel across various departments, including manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in a technical or managerial role within a manufacturing setting. A bachelor’s degree or 7 years of progressive experience is necessary.
