Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is dedicated to delivering patient-focused care through comprehensive assessments, the execution of care plans, and effective collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop care plans accordingly.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor the condition of patients.
- Oversee the functionality of medical equipment to ensure it operates safely and effectively.
- Prioritize patient safety by adhering to established clinical protocols.
- Work cooperatively with members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or applicable student rotations in an acute care environment.
- A valid Registered Nurse license is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification is required.
