**Job Title: Home Care Nurse**
The Home Care Nurse offers individualized nursing support to clients within their residences, focusing on evaluating patient needs, tracking health status, and executing clinical tasks. This role also involves educating family members, collaborating with other healthcare providers, and ensuring precise medical documentation is kept. Applicants should have a current RN or LPN license in South Dakota and a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation. A minimum of two years of nursing experience is desirable, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
