Job Summary
The Home Health Aide plays a vital role in delivering compassionate personal care services to patients in a home setting. This position focuses on assisting individuals with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Ensure a sanitary living environment for the patient, which includes laundry and meal preparation.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a home health or nursing facility.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Completion of a skills assessment is required.
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
