**Job Title: Family Support Specialist**
Deliver comprehensive in-home clinical support and advocacy services aimed at assisting families facing the risk of separation. Ensure precise record-keeping, perform assessments, and work in partnership with community resources to promote the safety of children and the stability of their families. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a child and family-focused role. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, successfully pass background screenings, and be willing to work flexible, non-traditional hours.
