Job Summary
The Certified Home Health Aide is tasked with delivering vital personal care services to clients, ensuring their daily needs are met with compassion and professionalism. This role involves assisting with hygiene, skin care, and providing support with medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal hygiene assistance to clients.
- Support skin care routines and procedures.
- Administer medications as required and directed.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment for patients.
- Comply with organizational standards for documentation and care practices.
Qualifications
- Must possess valid state certifications as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) and Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- A valid driver’s license along with appropriate auto insurance is necessary.
