**Job Title: Medical Support Specialist**
The Medical Support Specialist is responsible for executing standard medical procedures, conducting drug tests, and assisting with patient triage while working under the guidance of a healthcare clinician. This role also involves handling front-office administrative duties, managing medical equipment, and guaranteeing a positive experience for patients. Ideal candidates should have completed a recognized medical assistant training program or have a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in patient care. A strong understanding of medical terminology and the capability to manage confidential information adhering to HIPAA standards is essential.
