Job description
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) delivers essential personal care and comfort to hospice patients in a home setting, while also monitoring vital signs and promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team. This role includes maintaining precise documentation and ensuring clear communication with both patients and their families. Applicants should possess a valid CNA license along with current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in hospice or home health care is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required for local travel.
