**Hospice Home Health Aide**
The Hospice Home Health Aide delivers compassionate care to individuals nearing the end of their lives, which involves assisting with personal hygiene, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs. Additionally, they provide emotional support to families while ensuring precise documentation of care activities to maintain quality and adhere to compliance standards. Applicants must possess a current Hospice Home Health Aide (HHA) certification and have a minimum of one year of experience in hospice or palliative settings. The position demands robust clinical skills, the capability to lift up to 50 lbs, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
