**Hospice RN Administrator**
The Hospice RN Administrator is responsible for delivering strategic guidance and overseeing operations at a hospice facility. This role involves leading interdisciplinary teams while ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities encompass managing financial outcomes, adhering to regulatory standards, fostering community relations, and cultivating staff development to align with the organization’s objectives. Applicants must possess a current nursing license in the respective state, hold at least an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, and have a minimum of one year of managerial experience. Additionally, candidates should have at least two years of experience in hospice or home care settings.
