Job description
The Hospital Services Field Trainer plays a crucial role in facilitating and managing clinical onboarding, competency assessments, and continuous skills training for departmental personnel. This position involves delivering practical instruction, providing immediate coaching, and evaluating performance during case activities to uphold clinical quality and meet regulatory standards. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent area or an Associate’s degree coupled with a minimum of two years of related experience. Furthermore, candidates must have at least four years of experience in Hospital Services or a similar clinical capacity, along with two years of experience in a formal preceptor or educator role.
