Job Summary
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring cleanliness and sanitation within the facility. This position involves carrying out daily cleaning duties in resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas while adhering to established safety and sanitation protocols. The Housekeeper is also responsible for maintaining consistent communication with residents, staff, and visitors, fostering a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily cleaning assignments in resident rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines during cleaning procedures.
- Keep accurate logs of cleaning activities performed throughout the day.
- Engage in positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
